After 25 years in business, I am seeking an Administrative Personal Assistant to work directly for me to assist in daily business matters and daily personal life management. I own a busy bricks and mortar retail location on Queen Street West in Toronto. I am seeking a work/life balance and need support in doing so. The atmosphere is very dynamic, no two days are the same!

- Skilled at orchestrating multiple aspects of my life both professional and personal, adapting as needs and priorities evolve.
Highly Organized:
- Expert in calendar management, travel booking, event planning, project tracking and personal administration.
Tech-Savvy:
- Familiar with new productivity tools, organizational apps, communications platforms, and can suggest or implement emerging technologies for seamless day-to-day management.
Resourceful:
- Able to research and provide options/solutions quickly, presenting pros/cons for each choice.
Proactive & Action-Oriented:
- Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures tasks are not just planned but completed efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Able to interface with vendors, make bookings, manage correspondence and handle discreet matters with professionalism.
Hours can be flexible, time off can be flexible as well. Working from home is an option in some cases. I am looking for someone who has a positive outlook, who enjoys work, who is solution oriented and who is a pleasure to be around.
