Surgical Solutions Network, a division of Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for a full-time Territory Manager -Surgical Services
Reporting to the Director of Surgical Solutions Network, The Territory Manager is highly motivated and results-oriented with a focus to grow the Company's network of referring healthcare providers, including general practitioners, allied health, specialists, and medical clinics. This role is ideal for a dynamic salesperson with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for improving patient care through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and business development skills. The Territory Manager will support and promote our company's mission and values of Compassion, Quality, Innovation, and Respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage physician practices, medical clinics, and healthcare organizations to generate referrals for private surgical procedures.
- Create and execute a territory plan
- Promote private-pay surgical services as a timely and efficient option for eligible patients.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and educational sessions with physicians, clinic managers, and care coordinators.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including GPs, specialists, administrative staff, and referral coordinators.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with service capabilities and regional priorities.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, close referral agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track activities, referral metrics, and pipeline progress in CRM software (Hubspot).
- Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and association meetings across the assigned region.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor offerings, innovations, and new players in the private surgical field.
- Support special Business Development projects and ad-hoc requests from Director of Operations or Regional Leads.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or private-pay services.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, especially referral patterns and surgical access challenges.
- Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities within provider networks.
- Experience in cold calling, territory management, and B2B or B2C sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment bringing creative, out-of-the-box thinking and engaging others through unique perspectives and high-quality work.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in health sciences, business, or a related field.
- Existing relationships within healthcare provider networks, physician groups, or surgical clinics.
- Experience selling elective procedures, concierge medicine, or out-of-pocket healthcare services.
- Bilingual in English and French (where applicable).
