Our client is hiring an experienced LoanIQ Developer to join their team and support mission-critical lending systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LoanIQ customization, SDK programming, and integrations, and will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions on the LoanIQ platform.
This is a hands-on development role requiring strong technical knowledge, collaboration with business stakeholders, and leadership in delivering high-quality, customized LoanIQ functionality.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize LoanIQ to align with business and operational requirements.
• Develop, support, and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, internal tools).
• Work closely with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor a core LoanIQ technical team to deliver interface development and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve LoanIQ application issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Leverage deep expertise in LoanIQ SDK, APIs, and internal architecture to design and implement complex solutions.
• Utilize Java to extend and customize LoanIQ functionality.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for system configurations and development activities.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, internal controls, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience, including 5+ years in LoanIQ development.
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ SDK, Java, APIs, Event Manager, Inquiry APIs, and Remote Server.
• Strong understanding of LoanIQ's data model and internal architecture.
• Experience in loan processing, syndication, and servicing workflows.
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, delivering end-to-end LoanIQ interface development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with LoanIQ production support, testing, and operations is a plus.
