Role Summary:
The Marketing and Partnership Manager will spearhead our marketing initiatives and partnership strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our protocol and its tokens. This role involves a strategic blend of creative marketing, community engagement, and forging strategic alliances in the blockchain and DeFi ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to significantly enhance awareness and drive traffic
• Lead the growth of our protocol and its tokens through targeted adoption strategies and community-building efforts.
• Oversee the management and expansion of our social media channels, ensuring effective brand communication and audience engagement.
• Craft and implement initiatives and campaigns to foster organic community growth, utilizing a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels.
• Build and manage a team of community managers to ensure a unified brand message and engaging community presence.
• Establish strategic relationships and partnerships with other protocols, decentralized exchanges
(Dexs), ecosystems, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and marketing agencies.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Who Are We Looking For?
• 3-4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the blockchain or technology space, ideally in crypto and DeFi companies.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, high-value relationships and partnerships, alongside a history of successful negotiations leading to tangible growth.
• Strong creative thinking and strategic planning abilities, capable of multitasking and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Significant experience in managing social media channels and building engaging online communities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for developing creative marketing strategies that drive community growth.
