Were hiring two Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialists to join a leading global enterprise software company on a contract basis. This is a strong opportunity to support mission-critical order processing and customer service operations within a global B2B SaaS environment.
You'll be part of a team that delivers secure information management and digital transformation solutions for enterprise clients across sectors like healthcare, finance, legal, and government. The role is onsite in Waterloo, ON, with a start date as soon as possible and contract running through February 2026.
What You'll Do- Assist customers with issues related to downloads, license keys, and entitlements
Handle order processing accurately and efficiently
- Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer inquiries
- Work cross-functionally to resolve order or access-related problems
- Customer service experience in a technical or enterprise setting
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Background in order processing, fulfillment, or entitlements
Strong communication and time management skills
Onsite in Waterloo, Ontario
Compensation$40 CAD/hour (contract role, 8-month term)
