THE POSITION

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and possess strong analytical skills to drive successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our digital marketing agency to support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Create and execute targeted promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage A/B testing strategies to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective campaign assets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure campaigns are effective and innovative.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with CRM/CDP systems such as Optimove (we use this), Hubspot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Is a self-starter with strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience or interest in iGaming is a plus, but not required.
