We're hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to support the growth and execution of our go-to-market strategy in [region] as part of our international expansion. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, you'll play a hands-on role in launching campaigns, executing local activations, managing partners, and supporting Nomad's marketing presence across the region.
The ideal candidate is organized, execution-focused, culturally attuned to the region, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You'll collaborate closely with both global and local teams across brand, performance, product, and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of the regional marketing strategy across brand, digital, PR, influencers, and local activations
- Assist in adapting and localizing global campaigns for regional relevance and resonance
- Coordinate with creators, affiliates, agencies, and media partners on local initiatives
- Help manage regional marketing assets including landing pages, creatives, and toolkits
- Track campaign metrics, consumer insights, and competitor activities, feeding insights to the regional lead and global team
- Assist with the day-to-day management of influencer, affiliate, and partnership efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance, and design to support regional goals
- Contribute to building a strong local marketing presence and support new market entries
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in regional, campaign, or growth roles
- Familiar with executing across paid/owned/earned channels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of local culture, media consumption, and influencer landscape
- Effective communicator with experience working cross-functionally or with remote/global teams
- Data-aware and performance-minded; comfortable tracking campaign metrics and reporting results
- A team player who's proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Bonus Points For
- Experience in consumer tech, travel, or telecom industries
- Familiarity with influencer and affiliate platforms or campaign management tools
- Prior work in regional or matrixed teams
- Fluency in a regional language beyond English
