Position title - Elementary Teacher
Salary - $50,000 - 65,000/year
Location - Monarch Academy – Oakville Campus

What You'll Do
As a Monarch Academy teacher, you'll be a key member of an interdisciplinary team working to support each child's academic, social, and emotional development.
Responsibilities include
- Planning and delivering individualized, developmentally appropriate lessons, following the Ontario curriculum
- Collaborating closely with Behaviour Therapists, and receiving consultation from Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
- Supporting self-regulation and communication skills in the classroom
- Contributing to student support plans and goal tracking
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
What We're Looking For
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT), in good standing
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting neurodiverse learners
- Experience or interest in special education, autism, or behavioural needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
