Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate press brake machines to perform precision bending and forming.
  • Select, inspect, and install appropriate tooling for specific jobs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
  • Ensure all parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety protocols.·

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience operating press brake machinery.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of material properties, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Ability to perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
  • You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained
  • Ability to follow English written and spoken directions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to press brake operation.
