We're seeking a highly strategic and collaborative Revenue Operations Manager to bridge the gap between Creator Success Managers (CSMs), the Host-Read Sponsorship Account Managers/Sales Team, and streamline the overall creator business. This role is essential to aligning creator capabilities with advertiser needs, optimizing sponsorship performance, and driving scalable revenue through intelligent campaign structuring and account integration.

Key Responsibilities:Program Development & Creator Matching
  • Design compelling host-read sponsorship programs that align with creator strengths and advertiser objectives.
  • Analyze creator content, audience engagement, and vertical alignment to recommend the best creator-product fits.
  • Maintain a dynamic matchmaking system to apply new or underutilized creators to existing campaigns and accounts.
Sales Package Optimization
  • Work collaboratively with CSM's and the Host Read Sponsorship Sales Team to build performance based high-converting sales packages.
  • Standardize go-to-market assets (e.g., audience demographics, case studies, engagement metrics).
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and bundle creation that balance performance, exclusivity, and scale.
Revenue Strategy & Support
  • Act as the strategic "air traffic control" across active campaigns, ensuring inventory is optimized, filled, and creators are activated effectively.
  • Monitor sponsorship delivery and performance, recommending adjustments to maximize revenue and advertiser satisfaction.
  • Step in to support creator success and account management during surges or high-priority deals.
Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Educate CSMs on how to structure effective campaigns and grow creator sponsorship potential.
  • Collaborate with data, sales, and ad operations teams to ensure visibility on creator performance, and sponsorship pacing.
  • Analyze the current process and streamline for optimization.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue focused roles, media sales strategy, account management, or creator/influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of video podcast formats, host-read endorsements, and digital advertising dynamics.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, audience insights, and content analysis to shape revenue-driving programs.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills — capable of working fluidly with sales, content, and talent/creator teams.
  • Revenue-driven sales optimization with a results-oriented approach, proven execution skills, and a keen eye for detail..
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms, CRM and revenue tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with ad performance metrics like CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Passion for the creator economy and storytelling through media.
