- Monitor and respond to engagement across all platforms, keeping a finger on the pulse of conversations happening in real time
- Use tools like Sprout Social to track performance, identify trends, and measure community sentiment
- Surface opportunities for deeper engagement, partnerships, or moments that align with our mission and message
- Connect with like-minded individuals, entrepreneurs, and communities to grow our reach and relevance
- Share a daily dose of inspiration and hope with our audience, whether through comments, DMs, or content
- Help create and shape content that feels personal, relevant, and aligned with our founder's voice (video production, writing, repackaging content)
- Analyze what's resonating (and what's not), report on engagement metrics, and recommend content or community strategies based on data
- Work with the Storytelling team to bring our community to life both online and in person
- Degree or equivalent experience in New Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications.
- 5-6 years in content strategy, digital storytelling, or community engagement.
- Hands-on experience managing content across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. Knowledge of Substack, Riverside a plus
- Basic skills in video editing, photography, podcasting, and social listening tools.
- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 (based on experience, education & internal parity)
