Objective

As aSolutions Design Architect, you will be responsible for

Main responsibilities/functions

• 
  Create development tasks and specification documents that align with the business requirements shared by our customers during the discovery sessions driven in the project.
  
• Perform system internal testing of all solutions requested for development or configurations for standard functionality
  
• Create support documentation for every project on the implemented solution, such as a user manual, process documentation
  
• Work together with the development team to provide as much clarification as needed for the solutions proposed to the customers.
  
• Write architecture design documents for projects, translating business requirements, considering the overall customer system landscape, and all its systems
  
• Manage day-to-day project execution for all projects assigned
  
• Coordinate deliverables between operations, development, architecture, and support teams.
  
• Join customer meetings to request information to define the solution design based on the business requirements.
  
• 
  Manage customer relationships and escalations (1st point of escalation)
• Accountable for Project Execution and Results, which includes, but is not limited to: Plan Hours vs Actuals, on-time delivery, and quality.
• Strong partnership and communication with external partners

Technical Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience
  
• 
  NetSuite ERP Consultant certification
  
• Celigo, Boomi, and Avalara certifications are nice to have.
