Since 1993, we've partnered with developers to strategically position their projects, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Our expertise includes market analysis, product positioning, pricing strategy, and tailored marketing solutions, ensuring success for our clients.
We're looking for an outstanding Sales Representative to join the Market Vision team and represent our developer client. You'll play a pivotal role, selling suites within a beautifully designed building located in one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods. With advanced sales and marketing tools and dedicated team support, you'll be set up for success from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our developer client's project. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Be the Face of the Community: Represent Market Vision and our developer client as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and agents, setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience.
· Drive Sales Success: Take potential leads from initial contact to closing the deal, guiding them through a seamless and personalized sales journey.
· Build Meaningful Connections: Establish trust and rapport with buyers, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
· Showcase the Best: Highlight the unique features of the suites and building, provide pricing details, and conduct engaging building tours, model suite viewings, and open houses.
· Expand Your Network: Proactively connect with agents and brokerages to generate excitement and drive traffic to the site, with support from the Market Vision team.
· Deliver Insights: Maintain highly detailed and accurate sales lead reports, assign lead scores, and deliver weekly updates to the developer to keep everyone aligned and informed.
· Be a Communication Pro: Respond quickly, thoroughly and accurately to inquiries from buyers and agents, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
· Seal the Deal: Follow up diligently with potential leads, ensuring they stay engaged and excited about their next steps.
· Operational Support: Assist the operations team in preparing Agreements of Purchase and Sale, collecting all necessary purchaser information, and ensuring FINTRAC compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
·Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of experience in selling pre-construction or resale condos in the GTA, with an active real estate license.
·Sales Superstar: Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert leads from initial contact to firm deals quickly and efficiently.
·Driven and Ambitious: You're self-motivated, hungry for success, and thrive in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
·Polished Professionalism: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills that leave a lasting impression.
·Networking Dynamo: Skilled at building connections and unafraid to cold call to expand your lead pipeline.
·Integrity First: A commitment to honesty, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions.
·Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative team environment.
·Ability to Work Sales Hours: Weekends and evenings will be part of what it takes to make sales happen. Much of your time will be spent on site for showings and appointments.

This is a salary plus commission role with opportunity for bonuses based on sales performance.
