Position Overview:

As a Performance Tester at R Systems, you will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, including the design, development, and deployment of high-quality QA applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust solutions, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using NeoLoad and similar tools.
• Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure performance issues are addressed.
• Prepare detailed test reports and recommendations.
• Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with NeoLoad.
• Experience with other tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar is a plus.
• Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts and best practices.
• Ability to analyze application, server, and network performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
