This is with one of our Banking client.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Third-Party Supplier Risk Analyst to support day-to-day operations of supplier governance and risk monitoring throughout the third-party lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier risk management, experience with risk tools, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing supplier governance and oversight using risk/compliance tools and internal processes.
• Advise stakeholders on risk assessment, change management, and enterprise policy rollout.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and quality control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams including procurement and supplier management offices.
• Resolve operational issues and risks in collaboration with stakeholders, escalating when necessary.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Risk or Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle governance, risk frameworks, and supplier management practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Archer, Ivalua, Concur, or similar risk/compliance platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide advisory support across functions.
• Proven ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BComm/MBA) preferred.
• CTPRP, Canadian Risk Management (CRM), or equivalent certification in risk management is required.
