BNV Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a leading Canadian company in the packaging sector. The company is looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Development Manager to join their team and accelerate their expansion across Canada.
What You'll Do
- Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across the CPG and CHC sectors
- Lead with Strategy: Shape go-to-market initiatives and align business development with company objectives
- Own the Process: From prospecting and networking to proposal development and contract negotiation
- Be the Face: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and within key client accounts
- Build Relationships: Become a trusted partner to your clients, nurturing long-term commercial success
What We're Looking For
- 9+ years in business development or B2B sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or supply chain sectors
- Experience working with or selling to CPG and CHC clients in Canada
- Strong understanding of packaging/print processes and how to position them competitively
- Proven ability to build pipeline, close deals, and grow key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
