The Role: Senior Project Manager – Residential High-Rise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the design and construction of a 25-story rental tower in Toronto. This role will oversee the project from design development and pre-construction through to project delivery. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will ensure that the project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a marquee project that will transform the skyline and elevate urban living.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from design development to project closeout.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.

• Design Development: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to refine design concepts and ensure feasibility.

• Pre-Construction Planning: Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning during pre-construction.

• Construction Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate project challenges.

• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to company and industry standards, prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

• 10+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction and project management.

• Proven track record in leading multi-million-dollar high-rise projects from design to delivery.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction safety regulations.
