About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with both frontend and backend technologies, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks:
  • React
  • Vue.js
  • Svelte

Backend

• Experience with Node.js-based or Java-based frameworks

Database

• Proven experience with:
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB, Firebase
• Understanding of database design, optimization, and query performance

Cloud Services

• AWS experience required:
  • EC2 and ECS for deployment
  • S3 for storage
  • IAM for security management
  • Experience with AWS CLI

Version Control

• Proficient with Git and associated workflows
• Experience with collaborative development using version control

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must currently reside in Canada
• Available for a 6-month contract engagement
• Strong communication skills in a remote work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
