This role is remote but 1 day a week in-office presence required/mandatory in the Vancouver area.

Term: 6 Months initially (2-year program).

We're seeking an experienced Reporting Lead to support a complex transformation project involving the design, development, and deployment of Power BI and Cognos reports for enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and Cognos EAM reports
• Develop technical documentation, data models, and UAT/testing support
• Lead data load processes and cube design
• Collaborate on report deployment, user training, and system documentation
• Support data visualization, performance tuning, and BI interface design

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in tech/business transformation projects
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI & Cognos report development
• Strong SQL, DAX, Power Query, and M language skills
• ETL, data modeling, and visualization expertise
• Familiarity with SharePoint, SSRS, and Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience in unionized environments is an asset
