We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch service.

Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join Canco Propane team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales while learning about the propane industry. The successful candidate will support senior management, build client relationships, and help drive business growth through direct outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote propane products and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate how our offers can meet them.
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up and support.
  • Collaborate with the Canco Propane Team to align customer needs with service capabilities.
  • Assist in developing and executing local sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager on sales performance.
  • Participate in training and development to build industry knowledge and sales skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.

What you Bring:

  • Knowledge of Propane Industry is an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Consultant or Sales Representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Valid drivers license is required
  • Should be able to travel to neighboring cities for client visits or sales related activities
