We are looking for a passionate and committed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lethbridge. At Fix Auto, we are committed to delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction through superior workmanship and service. As our customer service representative, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in our customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. Their customer service skills are second to none and their approach can change quickly to deal with different situations and people. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $18 and $20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is in the repair process.
  • Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs.
  • Work closely with estimators and production managers to ensure repair orders are correct and submitted to Insurance companies for payment.
  • Support front office operations and various departments in the collision centre.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Requirements:

  • Experience in private or public insurance or the collision industry is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
  • Excellent organizational skills to be able to maintain and manage our courtesy vehicle fleet.
  • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid Driver's license.
