About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leading player in the HVAC services industry, is seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Field Manager to join their growing team. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and ensuring top-tier service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll be leading a team of talented technicians and acting as a vital bridge between the field and the office.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and support a team of HVAC service technicians - empowering them to deliver exceptional service and grow professionally.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to evaluate service standards, technician performance, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and technical guidance to elevate field performance and capability.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage field schedules, assignments, and on-call rotations. Ensure timely completion of jobs and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships, respond to service issues promptly, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with office teams to coordinate dispatch, work orders, job tracking, and resource planning.

  • Technical Leadership: Support field staff with complex diagnostics, repair strategies, and compliance-related challenges.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, drive efficiency, and help implement standardized best practices across the field team.

  • Safety First: Enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure full compliance with PPE and industry regulations.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance metrics, job statuses, technician productivity, and client satisfaction for regular reporting to senior leadership.

  • Asset Management: Oversee tools, vehicle fleets, and equipment maintenance to ensure field readiness and reliability.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of progressive HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

  • Valid HVAC certification or license (e.g., G1, G2, or 313A).

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, diagnostics, and repair processes.

  • Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HVAC work order platforms, dispatch software, and mobile tools.

  • A mindset of ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Additional Details:
  • Field-based role - must be available to travel to job sites as needed.
