In this role, you'll be a key member of our dynamic Finance and Administration Team, supporting 35 locations across Ontario. You'll oversee full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts, rebill supplier invoices to the correct stores, and ensure smooth, timely cheque runs and deposits. Your work will make a key difference in how we service our internal customers, by accurately and passionately processing transactions. You'll also assist with the annual audit and provide backup support to Store Administrators when needed.

- Accurately process all AR and AP transactions.
- Bank Account reconciliation and balancing.
- Receive invoices from suppliers and ensure all purchases are rebilled to the appropriate store location.
- Oversee multiple corporate store accounts payable activities on routine basis; process cheque runs.
- Prepare and make bank deposits, record into accounting system.
- Interact with suppliers, Store Administrators and/or other external parties to ensure their questions and concerns relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable and rebilling are handled in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Provide back up support for Store Administrator in absence.
- Assist with annual year-end audit.
- Post-secondary education in Business Accounting or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a senior role and experience supporting mutli-locations is a must
- Extreme attention to detail; with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Ability to interact with a variety of individuals and personalities
- Solid computer skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are needed
