- Collaborate with Property Operations Managers on capital plans, sustainability projects, monthly reporting, and property meetings
- Participate and present information, as required, at co-venture meetings, virtually or in-person
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure optimal performance of janitorial, maintenance, and security services
- Lead long-term planning for major repairs, replacements, and capital enhancements
- Oversee procurement and management of service contracts (e.g., snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance)
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, providing necessary follow-up and support
- Oversee tenant initiatives related to insurance, legal, environmental, and energy programs, coordinating implementation as needed
- Participate with the Leasing and Specialty Leasing Departments in arranging new leases, renewals and showing vacant units to prospective tenants
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements, resolve problems and concerns, and advise Leasing Department of unstable tenancies
- Support Property Accounts Administrators with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Contribute to variance reporting, forecasting, and year-end financial statements
- Assist with lease documentation and tenant billings, as required
- Monitor expenses monthly and quarterly, analyze variances against budget, and recommend corrective actions
- 5+ years experience managing a Commercial Portfolio
- Experience managing Retail properties
- Experience with Financials and Budgets
