> Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles focused on ML

  • Proven hands-on experience with classification, regression, recommendation systems, or time-series forecasting

  • Solid understanding of statistical principles and model evaluation techniques

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using ML and data libraries such as scikit-learn , pandas , scipy , matplotlib , seaborn , and tree-based libraries ( XGBoost , LightGBM , etc.)

  • Familiarity with experiment design and A/B testing methodologies

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

< Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Google Analytics 4

  • Exposure to containerized environments (Docker) and Linux-based systems

  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus

= What You'll Gain
  • A remote-first culture that values impact over hours, giving you the autonomy to work your way

  • A chance to shape the future of real estate technology through applied AI

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including extended health coverage and paid time off

  • Continuous opportunities for professional growth and learning

  • Work from anywhere in Canada full-time, permanent, and 100% remote

If you're ready to build meaningful ML solutions, apply now and be part of a data-driven transformation in PropTech.
