Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Solutions Engineer - this is a fully-remote role and candidates can be based in N/S America.

Job Overview

We're looking for a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our technology. In this customer-facing role, you'll be dedicated to supporting successful integrations and providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance for customer integrations with our platform

  • Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and use cases

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and develop solutions to technical challenges

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer-specific needs and bugs

  • Conduct technical onboarding sessions for new customers

  • Develop demos, proofs of concept, and sample implementations

  • Serve as a technical advisor for customers throughout their implementation journey

  • Relay customer feedback and requirements to product and engineering teams

  • Stay current with blockchain technology and payment integration best practices

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in customer-facing positions

  • Strong understanding of API integrations and web technologies

  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and web development fundamentals

  • Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

  • Strong communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
