• Drive through picturesque residential neighborhoods, picking up residential waste and contributing to the cleanliness of our community.
• Operate a rear load or sideload vehicle, ensuring efficient and timely collection of trash from the roadside.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and always working in a safe manner.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and follow their directions to ensure smooth operations.
• Be prepared to work in adverse weather conditions, demonstrating your dedication and resilience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Class 3 driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to follow a firm work schedule as directed by supervisor.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed properly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks.
• Previous waste and or recycling experience preferred.
• Residential curbside collection experience preferred.
• Working safely is a condition of employment.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Valid commercial driver's license with clean driver abstract.

BENEFITS

• Day shifts, Monday to Friday (with an early morning start time);
• Additional hours are available, and occasional variation from the schedule may be required to meet business demand;
• $22/hr + vacation pay (4%)
