Russell Tobin is seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operators/ Pallet Jack Operators/ Product Movers to join our warehouse team in Calgary, Alberta.

Pay: $16.50-$21/hr.

Shifts available:

6am to 2:30pm

5:30pm-2:30am (Tue/Thu, On-call)

1:30pm to 10pm (Mid shift) and 5am-1:30pm (1st shift)

Either Monday-Thursday 10am-8:30pm OR Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

Basic Requirement Summary:

1. Forklift Operation

   • Sit-down counterbalance experience (2+ years).
   • Forklift certification.

2. Material Handling

   • Heavy lifting experience (up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 80 lbs occasionally).
   • Power jack/electric pallet jack operation (center rider or end rider).

3. Order Picking and Accuracy

   • RF scanner experience.
   • Order picking experience with a focus on accuracy and speed (errors < 90%).

4. Attention to Detail

   • Strong focus on precision due to high-cost errors.
   • Safety awareness in fast-paced or busy environments.

5. Physical Requirements

   • Comfortable with bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
   • Must work efficiently in labor-intensive settings.

6. Additional Requirements

   • LTL (Less than Load) experience for cross-dock operations.
   • High school diploma or GED.
   • Ability to commute to non-transit-accessible locations.
