We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced auto-parts manufacturing warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders.
• Assist with heavy lifting and transporting goods throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Include general labor
• Must be willing to travel to different work locations in Brampton and Mississauga

Experience

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role in a warehouse setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Experience operating clamp trucks and order pickers is advantageous.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
• Must be capable of heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
