The Logistics Administrator position requires the following:

  • Full G License with clean driver's abstract
  • 1-2 years' experience working in an office environment
  • A good attitude, friendly disposition, willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with computers include Excel spreadsheets, Word, Google Sheets, etc.
  • The ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to complete job tasks with accuracy
  • The ability to communicate and work with others in a team environment
  • Previous vehicle experience is an asset

This position is a full-time position with benefits, INCLUDING HEALTH & DENTAL

Compensation in the way of a salary to be determined based on experience.

Job description includes:

  • Organizing our team of drivers to move inventory to meet the needs of our sales teams.
  • Work with the Inventory Team to move vehicles to our satellite locations.
  • Arrange to pick up vehicles that are purchased by our Buying team.
  • Manage dealer plates to ensure they are always accounted for.
  • Manage fuel receipts to ensure they are accurate.
  • Ensure vehicle ownerships are accounted for each vehicle.
  • Forward driver sheets to accounting each business day.
  • Receive cross-training of wholesale bills of sale (BOS's), invoices, purchase orders (PO's), etc. This training will be critical to support the Purchasing Clerk.
  • Other duties as assigned
