What you will do: This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with an exceptional track record of being self-driven, self-organized with a strong need to complete tasks given, and who employs a collaborative approach to working with others and a tireless work ethic. They must have high attention to detail, able to accurately post trust deposits for multiple provinces in a timely manner. This person must have a solid understanding of methods in which deposits are received. This position requires maturity, a willingness and devotion to putting the needs of the company and its agent shareholders and customers ahead of their own personal needs.
- Review and approve/reject all incoming Canadian deposits
- Ensure accuracy of daily posting of trust and/or commission trust deposits
- Maintain the flow of each method of deposit (FTNI, Etransfer, In Branch, Wire Transfers, Bill Payments and Bank Transfers)
- Respond to all provincial deposit/commission emails through Zoho
- Identify deposit items on provincial bank statements
- Identify any issues with deposits and bring to management/team lead for solutions
- Communicate with agents (eXp agents and other brokerage agents) about the status of the deposit
- Communicate with the Payout and Transaction teams to locate deposits
- Create and provide receipts for deposits
- Supports completed and accurate bank deposits on a daily basis.
- Completes daily assessments of progress.
- Support other departments, when necessary, with month-end procedures
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Real Estate back-office and Broker Wolf experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
