If you're a proactive leader who thrives on organization, clear communication, and driving projects to completion, we want to hear from you!

What you will do

  • Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams in Canada, Japan, and China
  • Provide weekly project status updates to stakeholders with clear progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables

  • Experience managing asynchronous communication and globally distributed teams across time zones
  • Familiar with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and cross-functional readiness
  • Proficient in project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Located and authorized to work in Canada

Preferred

  • PMP certification

  • Master's degree in project management
  • Knowledge of AI and/or the editing industry
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and/or Chinese
