As we continue to grow, were seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Designer to drive innovative design solutions and create user-centric experiences that align with our mission.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our SaaS products, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences that meet the needs of our government agency users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research and conceptualization to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors and needs.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of UX standards and guidelines.
• Run design sprints & ideation workshops to rapidly ideate and validate design solutions for customer/user problems.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in UX design, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, with clear problem-solving approaches.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounting & Finance domains.
• B2B SaaS product experience.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
