Milton District Hospital Foundation (MDHF) is seeking a Senior Development Officer, Annual and Community Giving to lead and grow our annual and community giving programs.

In order to ensure that Milton District Hospital is able to remain a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, Milton District Hospital Foundation raises funds for essential medical equipment and technology required by health care providers to diagnose, treat and care for patients living in our community. All donations made to MDHF remain in Milton.
Job DescriptionSenior Development Officer (SDO), Annual & Community Giving
The SDO, Annual & Community Giving is responsible for the development, management, and growth of annual giving and community fundraising programs to support the mission of Milton District Hospital Foundation (MDHF). This role focuses on building relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners and fostering innovative approaches to fundraising and engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategies for direct mail, digital campaigns, tribute giving, and donor stewardship.
- Cultivate relationships with businesses, service clubs, and community partners to drive fundraising initiatives.
- Test and refine donor engagement strategies, leveraging data to maximize impact.
- Work with communications and fundraising teams to craft compelling donor stories and campaigns.
- Represent MDHF at community events, manage third-party fundraising, and oversee donor recognition programs.

Additional Information
Status: Permanent Full-time
Salary range: $58,637 to $82,349
