Tech Lead(Node.JS)Mississauga Backend Development:
Extensive experience in Node.js for backend development.
Proficiency in Typescript for typing and code consistency.
Strong knowledge and experience in API development and integration.
Palantir Foundry:
Familiarity with Palantir Foundry platform is a plus.
Curiosity and willingness to learn Palantir Foundry are essential.
Experience using the Ontology SDK or a willingness to learn and leverage it in development.
Data and Analytics:
Solid background in data analytics and understanding of data pipelines.
Experience with AWS-hosted datalakes as a data source.
Ability to understand and work with underlying data sets and data structures.
Software Development:
Strong software development skills with a focus on application development.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and practices.
General Skills:
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Additional Competencies:
Understanding of US Healthcare market and Payer related subject area is a plus
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Ability to work in an agile development environment.
