Job Title: Logistic Support Engineer

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and vendor coordination.
Detailed analysis to identify the root cause of incoming bugs and assign to relevant teams.
Oversee inventory tracking, organization, and optimization to ensure accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers for shipment tracking and issue resolution.
Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive equipment.
Handle product returns, repairs, and exchanges in collaboration with vendors.
Track and process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and procurement teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Requires lifting, moving, and handling equipment/materials as part of warehouse operations.
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Familiarity with shipping carriers, customs documentation, and international logistics. Understanding of OSHA, EH&S, and other compliance regulations in logistics.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and data analytics for logistics reporting.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong customer-facing skills, both written (issue tracker and email) and verbal.
May require occasional travel to supplier locations, warehouses, or distribution centers.
Relevant certifications needed to manage operations (i.e. dangerous goods cert for shipping batteries).
