Role Description

We are looking for an awesome team member who will play a critical role in showcasing our rental properties, assisting prospective residents, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality leasing experience. This position focuses on enhancing our brand by delivering exceptional customer service during the leasing process, fostering positive relationships with residents, prospects, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is an energetic and outgoing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We are looking for someone with a warm, caring personality who goes above and beyond to make every interaction feel valued and effortless.
This role also requires a team-building and culture-building approachsomeone who brings positive energy, drives collaboration, and is action-oriented, ensuring things get done efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Leasing Tours:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing available units, amenities, and community features to prospective tenants with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Build rapport with prospective residents by understanding their needs and matching them with the right home within our portfolio.
- Ensure that every prospective resident receives a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience that aligns with our brand values.
- Follow up with prospective tenants to nurture leads and maximize leasing conversions.
- Approach every interaction with warmth, empathy, and a proactive attitude to ensure potential residents feel heard and valued.
Leasing & Application Process:
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, explaining lease terms, pricing, and community policies.
- Assist with processing rental applications, collecting required documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and prospect information within our CRM and property management software.
- Support lease execution, renewals, and move-in coordination to provide a seamless transition for new residents.
- Implement leasing strategies to drive occupancy rates and optimize revenue.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Represent the company at community and networking events to promote our properties and attract potential residents.
- Gather and implement feedback to continuously improve the leasing experience and drive resident satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Generate reports and track key leasing metrics to support decision-making and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with leasing procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work irregular full-time hours with rotating schedules (including weekends and evenings).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with urgency and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first, warm, and engaging approach.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed leasing goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive energy, a strong team-oriented mindset, and the ability to build a supportive and motivating culture.
- Action-oriented, with a results-driven approach to solving problems and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Summer Team = This is an ideal role for students who are looking for a full-time summer role. We are also open to part-time now until school is out. Let us know your availability and we will see if we can make it work.
