What Youll Do
- Educate and Advise. Leverage your communication and listening skills to understand client needs and match them with the safety training solutions that fit their goals.
- Deliver Virtual Presentations. Conduct impactful demonstrations of our training programsno hard sells, just building relationships (one of our Core Values).
- Drive Revenue Growth. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage a Sales Pipeline. Build and maintain a pipeline through outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. If you have FreshSales experience extra points!
- Collaborate with Marketing. Work closely to target key industrieslike construction, transportation, and energyensuring the right people hear about our solutions.
- Track and Optimize. Follow established sales processes, maintain CRM records, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Expand Our Reach. Identify opportunities for territory growth and collaborate with sales management to capture new markets.
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in inside sales, business development, or related roles.
- Knowledge of workplace safety training and compliance standards is an asset.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tool, FreshSales.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping businesses protect their teams and stay compliant.
