Position Summary
Reporting to the Director and Project Manager of the Customer Care Service Team, the Service Coordinator (SC) is a key administrative member of the team responsible for duties, including coordinating and executing some of the administrative duties associated with the contracts and invoicing that the CCST undertakes.
The SC will be required to interact professionally with clients and project team members as they work to complete the various service calls from the office and occasionally from mobile positions. Duties include analyzing customer requests and determining which team member would best carry out the service the call. The SC will assist the team with all aspects of service, including among other things, scheduling and invoicing under the guidance and training of the Director and Project Manager. In addition, the SC will perform tasks involving filing, photocopying, document assembling, and delivery coordination.
Must-have Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a construction coordination role
- Superior communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work hours, as required by the project
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Superior customer service skills
