1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for the Manager of Creative Production to join our team on a 14-month contract. The Manager of Creative Production oversees the video, design, film, and copy resources for the Creative team and manages the production of print, digital, radio, TV commercials, and video collateral from initial brief through to final delivery. This role assesses project scope to maximize business value, schedules kickoff meetings, assigns the appropriate team members, estimates time required, ensures brief is completed, and then traffics creative output and files, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

The manager is responsible for project management, including using software (Asana) for file organization, scheduling, forecasting, and tracking workflows. They collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to brief and oversee creative projects, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards. The role involves sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality production. Additionally, they lead a team of three professionals and foster their growth and development.

???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Vancouver-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

???? A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Manage the scheduling, assigning, requirements and resourcing of marketing campaign assets to ensure on-time delivery
• Effectively forecast upcoming workload of the brand team to ensure resource needs are met (where needed, allocating to freelance/contract support)
• Manage the delivery of branded video assets including TV and radio commercials and YouTube videos
• Manage Project Management (Asana) and file management software, and brand workflow/calendar.
• Manage annual Creative needs assessments with internal stakeholders.
• Manage ticketing system to prioritize requests
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes - making them more efficient
• Update the Marketing Exchange with new assets

???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You have 3+ years of experience in production coordination.
• You come from an agency background or similar creative experience (digital, print, typography, layout).
• Experience working with Asana or similar file management software.
• You have experience leading a team of people.
• Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary $84,000 to $90,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
