Job Summary: The CURAM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CURAM solutions to meet the needs of the organization. This role involves customizing applications within the CURAM framework, performing system maintenance, and providing technical solutions to complex issues. The CURAM Developer will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and operation of CURAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize CURAM applications to meet business requirements.
• Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CURAM applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for CURAM solutions.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and other collaborative meetings.
• Implement system upgrades and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest CURAM and Java technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 Years proven experience as a CURAM Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CURAM Social Enterprise Management software.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE architecture.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly DB2 and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CURAM certification is highly desirable
• Experience in working for Municipal, Provincial or Federal Government.
