We have a great opportunity for Autobody Painter to join our team at our Crown Autobody & Glass South located in the Waverley Auto Mall, at 800-1717 Waverley Street. Crown Autobody & Glass is a state of the art autobody shops with all updated modern European equipment, specializing in import brands.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being able to refinish vehicles with utmost detail and perfection.

Responsibilities:

• Refinishing vehicle parts and panels
• Preparation of parts and panels for refinishing
• Color matching
• Polishing and correcting paint deficiencies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, 5S department
• Train paint preps to further enhance their skills

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Refinishing experience
• Experience working in a fast past, high volume collision centre
• Can work under high pressure
• Positive, professional attitude
• Quality craftsmanship
• Self Motivated
• Strong team work ethics
