Intermediate Design Architect - Aviation

We're looking for a Design Architect to help create impactful, thoughtfully designed buildings that make a lasting impact on communities. This is an opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of inspiring large-scale architectural projects while collaborating with passionate, multidisciplinary teams in a studio culture that values design excellence, sustainability, and people.How you'll make a difference:

• Contribute to the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through delivery
• Translate client, stakeholder, and community aspirations into thoughtful architectural solutions rooted in sustainability and performance
• Support the resolution of design and technical challenges while helping maintain design intent throughout project phases
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture, structure, and building systems into cohesive design solutions
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction to support project success
• Contribute to a collaborative studio environment by sharing knowledge, supporting team members, and advancing design quality and innovation

Who you are:

• 5-10 years of experience working on complex architectural projects; aviation and/or transit experience is preferred but not a requirement
• Professional degree in Architecture required; registration or progress toward registration is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to project design from conceptual development through technical documentation and
• construction administration
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM platforms, with experience producing and coordinating architectural documentation
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinating design deliverables
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Experience supporting project pursuits, competition submissions, or proposal development is considered an asset
• LEED AP or other sustainability-focused credentials are considered an asset
