Job Summary

RMR Housing - Housekeeping Supervisor role will assist the Employee Housing Manager with the day-to-day operations of employee housing, coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Oversee Housekeeping scheduling, hiring and address housekeeping staff concerns. This is a full time, year round position

Essential Job Functions

Coordinates unit turnover, inspections and check in/out process

Track unit conditions and cleanliness standards

Oversee housing inspections

Enforce policies and procedures and resolve employee issues

Work with HR, Payroll and Operations to align housing with staffing

Collaborate with Employee Housing Manager on various aspects of staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts and ensure a positive employee housing experience

Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirements

Required Qualifications and Abilities

High school graduate

Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory/leadership role
