About the Role

We're looking for a skilled SharePoint Engineer to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain SharePoint solutions that support our organization's collaboration, document management, and workflow automation needs. This is an in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online / On-Premises sites, lists, libraries, and workflows
  • Customize SharePoint using PowerShell, PnP, SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Manage site permissions, information architecture, and governance policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance, access, and configuration issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes
  • Provide end-user training and support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience administering or developing SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related tools
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or SPFx development
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Understanding of SharePoint permissions, information architecture, and governance best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
  • Computer Science Degree or combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work in-office in Vancouver, BC

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, MS-102, or related M365 certifications)
  • Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, or hybrid environments
  • Prior experience in a similar in-house IT or engineering team
