Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, LINDOR, the Brand Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, product development, advertising, promotions, and marketing analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Managers on LINDOR in executing brand projects, ensuring timelines are met
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, supply chain, and international marketing, to support business objectives
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, in-store, and experiential activations
  • Execute packaging artwork development by collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Support the launch of new products by managing the implementation process, project timelines, and financial tracking
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide insights on brand performance, category trends, and promotional effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain brand assets, including product images, lifestyle content, and marketing materials for online and offline use
  • Collaborate with the sales and category management teams to develop promotional plans and support retail execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in a marketing role, preferably within consumer-packaged goods
  • Experience with, marketing project coordination, and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Nielsen and SAP is an asset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
