About the role.
Update programs, resources, and experiences that strengthen organizational capability and employee effectiveness, with a focus on performance, capabilities, recognition, wellbeing, Ways of Working, and AI adoption.
- Work with the Global Future of Work team to build training solutions and a capability uplift in memo writing and decision making, amplifying global tools and leveraging AI
- Support the rollout of enterprise AI learning curriculum and adoption across NA, amplifying centrally-developed content and enabling teams to build practical AI capability
Deploy training, communications, toolkits, and AI-enabled resources that improve the quality and consistency of performance and real conversations.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning, Talent, or Employee Experience, with a proven ability to execute high-impact culture, performance, capability, and engagement initiatives.
Compensation Package: $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annual base salary equivalency, paid in alignment to contract term
