Cyclone is a privately owned company with over 750 highly skilled employees housed within six state-of-the-art facilities totaling 450,000 square feet in both Canada and Poland. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Truck Driver/Shipper Receiver who will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of materials, components, and finished products between company facilities, suppliers, and customers. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures. *Duties:* * Operate company trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials, parts, and finished goods.
* Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries between manufacturing plants, suppliers, and customers.
* Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and follow all safety procedures.
* Inspect vehicles before and after each trip and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
* Verify shipping documents, delivery quantities, and material condition before departure.
* Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transportation.
* Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel, and trip documentation.
* Communicate with Shipping & Receiving and Production teams regarding delivery schedules and material requirements.
* Other departmental tasks such as moving materials within the plants, assisting with inventory checks, preparing orders.
* Assists with organizing and maintaining storage areas to ensure materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
* Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and applicable transportation regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and report any incidents or delays promptly. *Qualifications* * Previous truck driving experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Valid G driver’s licence required.
* Experience transporting materials, components, or finished products.
* Ability to safely load, unload, and secure materials.
* Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures and transportation regulations.
* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:
