Vacation and Sick/FR days We currently have an opening in Mississauga, ON for a: Health & Safety Analyst The Health & Safety Analyst supports the Corporate Safety Program by working with the Health & Safety department in the implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety Systems and other initiatives, as directed by the Director, Health & Safety, to meet Kenaidan’s Health & Safety program requirements, registered under the ISO 45001 Standards. How will you contribute to the team? To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Provide day-to-day support and administration for Health & Safety software platforms and digital tools.
Prepare and distribute Health & Safety KPI reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Support data validation, data quality reviews, and reporting improvements.
Coordinate user access, project setup, and health & safety software configuration activities.
Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting for HSE software.
Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new Health & Safety software enhancements.
Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
Support the development of systems training modules within Kenaidan’s LMS software.
Support Health & Safety SharePoint administration and content updates.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program initiatives as directed.
Work with Health & Safety team, operational groups, and external vendors to resolve systems issues and improve systems performance.
Participate in and coordinate H&S initiatives on site and at the Corporate level.
Support other health & Safety administrative functions, as directed.
Participate in the continuous improvement of Kenaidan’s Health & Safety program.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience supporting software systems, reporting, project coordination, or digital platforms.
College diploma and/or University Degree in related area or a combination of industry related training and experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
Experience with SharePoint, reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis.
Experience with HammerTech an asset
Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, software platform administration, or health and safety would be considered an asset. Working Conditions: This is primarily an office-based position with occasional travel to project sites. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required when visiting active construction sites. Think you're the right fit?
