AVOP DA Trainer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and passionate AVOP DA Trainer to provide delivery of comprehensive training programs focused on the Airside Vehicle Operators Permit program at Toronto Pearson International Airport *Duties* * Deliver effective classroom and practical training sessions to diverse learner groups from companies across the airport
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Provide ongoing coaching, support, and resources to employees post-training to reinforce learning outcomes and promote continuous development. *Requirements* * Proven experience in delivering classroom and practical training
* Strong knowledge of the GTAA Airport Traffic Directives
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly through public speaking and presentation skills
* Must hold a Transportation Security Clearance (Purple RAIC)
* Must hold a DA AVOP with at least 3 years experience and be active within the past 6 months
